Ex-promotional material: The Latter Chandler
The idea and logic that detected Tom Chandler's sudden personality change wasn't an idea that burst from no-where.
Chandler, along with Spears and a lot of other The Bill characters were starring in a project called "Z_pol". Seven aproximately 100-page documents long, Z_pol fizzled because of its sheer immencity and because the author tired of writing it.

Regardless, (the Latter) Chandler was at the forefront of this, starring as a key villian. He was given this role purely because of the impressions the writer had from press articles scathing the "evil rapist Superintendent Tom Chandler". 053 went to air in Australia in May, 2003, and the facade of similarity crumbled between Longer and Latter when comparison was drawn between repeats aired from On The Hook in around July 2003.
This clip is up on the website because it illustrates the depravity and cruelty of Latter Tom Chandler, and is a "window" into his psychopathic intentions.
This promotional material was devised for episode 8, where the main catastrophies of Chandler's diabolical plot were to be unleashed on the unsuspecting victim and the person who "betrayed" him- Kate Spears.
Since the time of writing this page, Z_pol has been lost. There are no plans (or urgency) to find it.
I'd put this clip up on YouTube but it could be too easily taken out of context.
